Feed Them Well

This was one of the bowls of fruit salad that I made for our 6-month Modular Class at our church. I brought one of these every day, for 3 days, and it seemed pretty popular. :)

Take It Easy

You can always make the plainest, and "poorest" table look like a feast of beauty to the eyes of the beholders with just a little creativity...and a LOT OF LOVE!

Berries Galore

This was my Tripple Berry Smoothy I made last week for us. For all those berry-lovers out there, it had blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in it! (I'm a berry-lover ;) )

Blue Cheese, Tomato & Bacon

Blue Cheese dressing, tomatoes, fresh and crispy bacon, blue (or fetta) cheese sprinkled on top of a nice piece or cold, crunchy lettuce..... who can resist? :)

We picked even MORE blueberries the other day, so why not make a pie out of some of them? Or at least with the few that were left over from the gallon.... ;)

What To Do With Fresh Apples....

Fresh apples make the best apple pie!!!! I'm gonna bake some to take to next week's modular class at our church! :) I'm excited!

Strawberries and Peaches

I didn't have bananas that evening, so I put in a little vanilla ice cream to give it the creamyness that it needed.... haha, and everyone said it was their favorite so far as fruit smoothies go. :)
