I think I need to fix the flash on my camera, because these pics are very "foggy" and so have a lot of others pics I've taken been.... oh well.... the food is what matters, right? ;)
So, this is my own version of a "Seven Layer Taco Dip", specifically made to satisfy all the different taste-buds in our family! It is really good, and one of our favorites for spring and summer get-togethers.

Layered taco dips are wonderful! I recently took one to a potluck - I especially like it because it's colorful and I don't have to follow a recipe exactly. I can throw in whatever I feel like!
What's on the bottom of yours?
This is the reason I don't come to your blog much...it makes me hungry! Lol.
On the bottom is refried beans! mmmm!!!! love emm! and then a fat-free sour cream with spicy seasonings to make it a little creamy. I love having different textures in my dishes! and colors. It make it fun and delitious! :)
