These were Stuffed Italian Peppers I made the other night. They were really good too!

I've always admired stuffed peppers. They look fancy, healthy, and fun! I should do that sometime.
That looks insanely delicious! I am a big fan of peppers for their vitamin content. Plus, anything "stuffed" usually means yummy! I will have to try this recipe soon!
Yes, stuffered peppers are sooo good! Esp. when you use good, organic sausage and wild rice! That's the BEST! :)
