Spinach, fried potatoes and scrambled eggs make up my Daddy's favorite meal. The eggs are not pictured, but fresh apple sauce is instead. :)
With the potatoes, this time, I added chopped up ham bitts that I had saved from our last ham and put in our freezer. I also added some onions to make it extra tasty! All that and the right seasonings made one nice meal. :)
Psa 103:8-11
The LORD is compassionate and gracious, Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. He will not always strive [with us]; Nor will He keep [His anger] forever. Those potatoes and ham look good! I love the bowl that the applesauce is in too.
They were really good once I roasted them for a while.
