Organic Fresh Beef Burgers

I would otherwise grill burgers for us instead of using a frying pan, but since it wasn't the right weather, it happened to be the pan this time.
These were amazing, though! I got fresh, organic, farm-raised-grass-fed beef and the price was increadible! (for what I paide for 27 lbs. you couldn't beat!)
Psa 91:1-2, 4
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!" .... He will cover you with His pinions, And under His wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark.

Garlic-Herb Pull-apart Loaf

This was a new bread recipe I tried the other day; not the healthiest but definitely very tasty! I served it with Hungarian Goulash I made and the the strawberry cake on my previous post was dessert.
It all seamed to go very well "together", and I was pleased with the way the stew and bread turned out. I think I could have done better on the dessert end of things, but there is always a second chance.
2Th 1:3
We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brethren, as is [only] fitting, because your faith is greatly enlarged, and the love of each one of you toward one another grows [ever] greater....

Strawberry Cake!

This is my specialty for the week (I don't make things like this every week, actually) - Strawberry cake. You can find the recipe on TasteSpotting.com.
Thanks again for that sight, Hannah! I love it! :)
Psa 54:6
Willingly I will sacrifice to Thee; I will give thanks to Thy name, O LORD, for it is good.
Isa 26:12
LORD, Thou wilt establish peace for us, Since Thou hast also performed for us all our works.

Pie Anyone?

We made an apple pie the other Sunday for our dessert, served of-course, with vanilla icecream! Mmm!
Psa 30:5, 10-11
For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy [comes] in the morning.....
"Hear, O LORD, and be gracious to me; O LORD, be Thou my helper. Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing; Thou hast loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness..."

Thaw the frozen spinach completely and squeeze/strain till all access liquid is out. Dump in a large mixing bowl along with the cheeses, onions, salt, pepper, and beaten eggs. Miz well and scoop into pie shell(s). Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over; bake for 45~ or so minutes, until crispy and light brown on top.

The top recipe is my own.
This bottom recipe is one that I got from someone lese, that I just revised to fit our family. Hope you like them both. We sure do! :)
