Lasagna Supper

Only one thing to say to about this picture - it stinks! I have ZERO picture-taking abilities! PLEASE forgive me; I wish I could take pictures as wonderfully as Abby does, but then again, everyone is blessed with different talents and gifts..... :)

1. Grilled, herby chicken
2. Caesar Salad
3. Creamy, fresh apple sauce
4. Fresh whole wheat, flax dinner rolls

Very good, and of-course for me, the best part.... inexpensive and yet a healthy, balanced meal! ;)

Flax Seed and Oatmeal Bread

YES! This was my specialty for the week. And, yes, we do love just about anything with flax seeds in it. :)

Valentine's Day Cake

This was our Valentine's Day/brother Oliver's Birthday cake this February. It was a vanilla cake with cream cheese icing! :) Pluss the prettiest colored sprinkles!

First-Time Catering

Fresh fruit on squires, cucumber sandwiches, and cheesecake cupcakes were part of the baby-shower's finger-food on Saturday.
