Fudge-Cheese Cake!!!!!




The "Grand Canyon" happened on my cheese cake! :( But.....at least it smells fabulous!!!

Baking in a springform pan will prevent the "cracking" -- either way, it looks delicious!!

Tammy over at tammysrecipes.com has a trick for cracked cheesecakes. Just make a fruit glaze to spread nice and thick over the top - cover up any blemishes! I'm not sure if a fruit glaze would compliment well a fudge cheesecake, but maybe. :)

Lydia, that looks so good. That is Markus' favorite. If you make those at thanksgiving they would be gone in a minute. Everytime I make brownies Markus brings up your cheesecake brownies. Yummy
